Hello, I am new to Canada and am here for a year with my husband. I am looking for a job as an au pair as I love working with children and hope to become a teacher in the future. I have a lot experience working with children which includes caring for nieces and nephews and I have spent the previous year working as a teacher in Thailand for a class of 36 young children, which I absolutely loved - even when they were acting like little monkeys! I am a very creative person and love to invent games, play music, make crafts and do lots of drawing. The thing that I loved best about teaching was seeing my students develop and grow under my teaching. I also loved the fun parts of the job such as outdoor PE lessons and hands on art lessons in which I could really get to know the students on less of an academic level. The education part was also important though. As a person I am easy-going, active, kind, caring, friendly and take whatever I do very seriously. Alongside this I am fun-loving and fantastic with kids. I hope to hear from you, Grace. I was working as a teacher for in the previous year in Thailand. I really, really enjoyed it and would love to become a teacher in the future. I taught a range of subjects and I know that my students loved having me as a teacher as I am very creative and fun and they were always happy children. I also have a niece and nephew that I have looked after since they were born. I like to see myself as a 'cool' aunty.
