Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

Availability: I will be available every week day, with most weekends available. Able to start now.

Summary: I would like to introduce myself as a compassionate nanny, flexible, adaptable, fast learner and willing to learn new things as well. I have been recognized as a hard working student, patient and honest, reliable individual with excellent skills in planning, organizing and prioritizing household activities. I am able to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team. I enjoy working with children and always, serve the public in a polite and efficient manner.

Experience: I learned of my desire to work with children from many years of babysitting. Starting around eighth grade, I worked for all 4 years of High school for a family of 4 children: 3 months, 2 years, 4 years, and 8 years. I also worked with two girls, ages 6 and 8, who I regularly stay in contact with through writing letters and looking after them when I am in town. My love for nannying spurred me to find a summer job at a local, Chicago daycare, ages 2 and half to five, that I quickly learned to love. I stayed from 2014 until 2018, when I went to work at Equinox gym's childcare center in Chicago. After working there for a summer, I returned to Montréal, assisting at McGill CPE Daycare during my finial years of University. The ages range from 6 months to 5 years old; however, I mostly work with the 1 to 2 years olds. Over the summer, I worked full-time for a newborn. She started at 2 months and I was with her until she was 7 months. We are still in contact and I really bonded and enjoyed my time with her.

The services I provide: I am incredibly comfortable with homework help, swimming supervision, and errand running. I also can pick the children up from school, do light house work, along with meal prep. I also plan after-school activities and arrange playdates.

Wage/Rate: As I have multiple years of experience and provide a multitude of services, my starting wage is $20. It is negotiable and may increase as to the number of children and the level of care requested.
