Hi there, my name is Nicole and I am a fourth year standing Social Work student at Carleton University. I am an enthusiastic, energetic, and hard working individual who absolutely adores working with children. I have been babysitting for well over 8 years, worked with the Tim Horton's Children's Foundation Summer Camp Program for two years, and I have volunteered in a local community center for young parents and their children. I am CPR C, AED, and First Aid Certified by the Live Saving Society (I am more than happy to provide you with a copy of that certification), and have foundational training in behaviour management and crisis intervention. I myself have twin brothers - so multiples are not a problem. Arts and crafts are one of my favourite activities, aside from storytelling, and outside adventures. Being a camp counselor working with under privileged children, has provided me with a lot of experience in child care, and even more ideas for fun activities to fill our days with.
