Hello thank you for stopping in!! My name is Taylor and i am soon to be 21yrs of age, I was born and raised in the beautiful Victoria, BC, currently living in Oakbay. I am spirited, loving, thoughtful, creative, open, passionate, supportive, patient, trustworthy, energetic yet grounded, reliable, and so excited to find another loving family I can assist and become part of. I am an art, music, food, animal and nature enthusiast - growing up I always loved to cook sing, I was deeply enrolled in choir, vocal jazz rnb throughout my years in school. I am extremely passionate about the needs and well being of children - their development, intellectually and emotionally. The love connections I’ve had the chance to be apart of, with the children, are far more valuable than any money can offer - but getting paid to do what I love is the best gift i could receive. My love for caregiving was sparked by having an active role raising my younger sister during my youth. In that time I learned to cook, clean, nurture, and generally be responsible for a child. I'm truly thankful that the experience not only left me with a strong bond and relationship with my sister, but also guided me towards a career that has been so beautiful and fulfilling. As well as nannying/babysitting ages 0-12 part time throughout my years in school, i predominately worked in the service and retail industries. I have now been nannying full time for 2 yrs, and i am far more fulfilled. I avidly practice the RIE philosophy, and would love to share my passion for art, music, nature, animals and cooking with your child/children through personalized care suited for them and their needs. Always insuring a safe, stimulating, supported, nurturing, loving and open growing space for their minds to learn and evolve. Some of my favourite activities to share include crafting, singing, dancing, playing instruments (not well i must admit), playing outside using imagination, and preparing tasty and nutritious meals together or along side them.
