My name is Melanie. I have worked in the Peel School Board for 10 years. I am currently looking for a family to care for full time or part time. I have been working with children in the school setting for 10 years and day camps for 3 years. I am very passionate about teaching and nurturing young minds to grow and establish a healthy sense of self and well being. I enjoy playing soccer and singing and playing guitar and ukulele. I enjoy painting, reading, hiking and gardening in my spare time as well. I am very active and I like to prioritize. I prefer to spend my days preparing healthy meals, baking, cleaning and organizing. Once those tasks are done I would spend my day hiking, going to the gym, swimming, walking or going to the park.
