Nice to meet you! My name is Mariah. I am a full time student a VIU working on my bachelor of education with the goal of becoming an elementary school teacher. I am currently taking summer classes until June 25th on Monday and Wednesday but I will have open availability for the summer. I have 5 years experience running two different childcare programs. When I was living in Abbotsford I was working at Open Door Childcare centre where I was the grade 2-6 program coordinator and bus driver. Most recently I was the program supervisor for Boys and Girls Club Forest Park location. I have a current child care emergency first aid certificate, as well as a class 4 license and a reliable vehicle. I have experience tutoring and I have taken several reading/comprehension and special education teaching courses. I am looking for family that I can be with long term as I work through the next 2 years of my degree. I am flexible over weekends and have open evening availibility during the week.
