Nanny in Guelph, Ontario

My name is Jodi, or as some of the kiddos call me, Jojo. I’ve recently moved back home to Guelph, after graduating from McMaster (HBSc). I'm in this awesome/awkward/flexible stage following graduation, trying to find out "what's next". For as long as I can remember, I've taken on the role of a babysitter. I grew up in the north end of Guelph as one of the oldest kids on our street and began taking on that responsibility. From there, I took a babysitting course and have now been providing child care for 10 years. I would describe myself as caring, empathetic and nurturing; but I think that my easy-going personality and sense of humour is what has allowed me to be an ideal babysitter. My interests include being active & outdoors, hiking & sports, and arts & crafts are my forte. I am comfortable working with all ages and have been with a family part-time for the last two years,caring for their son since he was a newborn. Outside of babysitting, I have experience working as a tutor, primarily in science and math, and coached my first season of U6 soccer last summer. I’m hoping to find a family that’s a perfect fit, not only for myself, but for them as well. I look forward to hearing from you :)
