Nanny in Vancouver, British Columbia

Hello there! I am an energetic 24 year old woman looking for a part-time or potentially full-time nanny position. I recently moved here from Ontario, and am hoping to make some new connections in the city! I currently live in North Vancouver, but have easy access to public transit and am able to travel downtown to work. I currently have no other commitments, so am extremely flexible with hours. I would prefer to have weekends off if possible, but am willing to work out an arrangement that works for everyone if a family and I fit well together. I have experience babysitting, as well as teaching dance to young children. I consider myself still a child at heart in many ways, which is one of the reasons I love spending time with kids. I am responsible, imaginative, and empathetic. My goal when caring for children is to make them feel safe, have the freedom to be themselves, and stimulate the creative energy that all children should be able to experience in the right setting. I am easily able to put myself in their shoes and see the world through their eyes. I am happy to help with any care of household pets that is needed, as well. I have two years experience working at pet store and have had a number of different kinds of pets over the years, so I am extremely experienced in animal care. I had wonderful care-takers growing up, and I hope to create the same kind of positive memories I have from those times with the right family. Email responses preferred! :)
