As a mum of two older boys who are requiring less attention as they grow, I have the opportunity to branch outside of the house and help where needed. Both boys are of special needs, they required attention with schooling where was attending there school 2-3 times a week to help with everyday matters that arise. Attention to diet is a must in our house hold. Both are diagnosed with adhd and there level of activity of greater then most children. I had to leave my job to stay at home to manage both in there different needs and requirements. Our family has relocated to Castlegar from Bragg Creek, Alberta, we were in a place where hiking, biking, motocross, boating, soccer, basketball etc, were daily activities needed so they would sleep at night so the next day would be a success.
