Nanny in Vancouver, British Columbia

I have recently relocated to the Vancouver area from the suburbs where im currently working as a daycare teacher until the end of December, i will be leaving this position in favor of one closer to my residence and would love to join your household as a full-time nanny. Im 34 years old and have over a year of experience in a day-care setting with ages 6 months to 5 yrs old which include planning activities, preparing food, extending children’s interests with reading , singing and arts & crafts, putting down everyone for nap time, and keeping children engaged and respectful to peers and Educators. I have also babysat regularly for parents, and my duties would included feeding, bathing children, preparing meals, and settling for sleep. I am up to date with my infant/toddler CPR training as well as first aid certified and posses a RA certificate. I live a healthy and active lifestyle and love spending time in the outdoors and playing sports and being active. I am extremely organized and have no problem helping out with daily chore such as tidying, laundry, cooking and light cleaning. I currently do not posses an ECE certificate but am passionate about child education/ development and am planning to enroll in evening classes in the coming year.
