Nanny in Guelph, Ontario

Hi! My name is Hannah, I love working with kids of all ages and would love to find a full-time position for the summer, and possibly longer! I am happy to do housework, gardening, and cooking in addition to childcare. -I began working with children as a babysitter when I was 13 years old for neighborhood families and learned that I love spending time with kids. -I had two years of leadership training at an overnight summer camp and have since worked 5 summers there counselling ages 3-16. -I've been a full-time nanny for 2 families, for about 6 months each. First a 2-year-old boy who was a joy to get to know, and a challenge at times! Then for a 3-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl who I also home-schooled. -I worked for a month at a daycare with kids 6-months-old to 6 years old. -I babysat twin 11-year-old boys for a few months. -I was a part-time nanny for two different families. One with a 6-month-old girl and the other with a 1-year-old boy. I was with each of those families for about 6 months and loved my time with them :) I am a student at the University of Guelph, studying International Development with a specialization in Gender studies and a minor in Creative Writing. I speak both French and English and am learning Spanish and ASL. I play the guitar, ukulele, and a bit of piano and am happy to teach what I can! I love to read, write, embroider, knit, camp, hike and garden!
