Hi there! My name is Meagan. Allow me to tell you a bit about myself. I'm 25 years old and am finishing up my schooling. I will be starting a part-time practicum in a few days and will be needing some part time work for a month or 2! I believe that music is a vital part of loving life and I feel that the kids and I could have a great time either listening to, singing, dancing to, or playing music. I'm a very empathetic and nurturing person. Though I have no children of my own, I have been referred to as being very maternal on many occasions. Kids and I get along great! I believe that empathy and understanding go a long way with ANY job, but especially with children. Having said that I also know when to be assertive and strong. I prefer to discuss discipline with the parents, as I know that people have different parenting methods and everyone is different! It's important for me to know if you would like me to be more firm with discipline or a bit more relaxed. Like I said, everyone is different and I want to make sure that I am disciplining and teaching your child the way you do it yourself! I have no problem with doing some light house chores/light cooking while the kids are playing or napping.
