Nanny in London, Ontario

I have enjoyed working with children in a variety of settings over the years including in-home care, senior roles in overnight camping experiences, personal tutoring for school-aged children, private art lessons, field trip facilitating, and in the classroom at TVDSB and LDCSB schools. I am a Masters student currently studying in London, England, but finding myself back in London, Ontario for a long summer (perhaps I am your Mary Poppins). I am enthusiastic, energetic, and enjoy finding creative ways for children to learn and grow. For the last year I was working with the London Arts Council as their Culture-Infused LEARNING Program Coordinator, creating and facilitating arts and heritage curriculum for school-aged children on week-long field trips. I worked at a children's overnight camp called Onondaga Camp in 2014 as the Head of Arts, instructing over 800 children over the course of the entire summer, and ensuring their safety in woodworking and art making environments. At 4 Cats Art Studio in Byron in 2015 and 2016 I worked as an art instructor specializing in 'kittens' (classes for early learners). I have held different long-term nannying positions in London in the past and would be happy to provide you with references. I am an enthusiastic 25 year old female who lives a very active lifestyle, cycles everywhere, has a passion for cooking and healthy eating, and education in the visual arts.
