I am Kelsee Fischer, I was the manager at the Terrace Bay Swim Pool where Julie worked as a lifeguard/instructor for four years. Julie Bouchard was a hard working, dedicated individual who demonstrates her leadership ability and maintains control in all situations while working at the pool. She regularly exceeded my expectations with the children she taught. She was extremely creative with new ideas and games when planning programs for the children she taught. Julie had great communication skills between her supervisor (myself), other guards, parents and of course the children. Julie is a self-starter who was able to work independently on tasks that were assigned to her. She has the desire to attain and achieve goals on a deadline. I would highly recommend Julie to you, as she is very knowledgable, experienced and has all the necessary skills needed to deal with children of all ages. Not to mention Julie has many lifesaving qualifications, and Standard first aid with CPR "C". Your children would be very happy and safe in her hands!

Julie Bouchard has always been a responsible, attentive, and fun nanny to my daughter. She began watching my daughter when she was only 4 months old. Julie is always on time, respectful, and willing to go above and beyond what is being asked of her. As a certified life guard she takes the safety of children very serious. I would highly recommend Julie, we wish she still lived in our area.
