Nanny in Port Perry, Ontario

I’m looking to gain practical experience in the developmental sector of psychology and apply all of the knowledge I have gathered in the classroom. I have baby sat in the past both as a full time summer nanny as well as a regular reoccurring school year nanny. With my new knowledge obtained through school I feel I will be better able to meet the needs of children and provide a safe and secure environment. I have been studying psychology for 3 years with a specialization in typical developmental patterns as well as abnormal behavior, in a child specific context. I have already gained some experience through my work as a support aid under the Community Living Algoma program in Sault Ste. Marie as well as through my past experience as a summer nanny and babysitter. My interests include many of the skills being sought in a nanny, including cooking and baking, arts and crafts, as well as physical activities including: baseball, basketball, hockey and swimming. As a university student organization is an area of strength for me, as well as maintaining a reliable and trustworthy demeanor. I seek to provide a high level of confidence in my abilities to all I interact with.
