Nanny in Kemptville, Ontario

I have been a nanny for a family of 3 boys for the past 4 years. It was a privilege to grow alongside the boys I cared for and watch them transform as they developed. I was an honour to have had the years I did with this family and see them through to their next journey in life as they now live in the States. I enjoy learning based in everyday life experiences. There is so much to teach children through interacting with their environment and people around them. I enjoy adapting into established routines and see myself as a safe extension of the parental love and comfort that your child needs and desires. I enjoy play and find self-expression through play being crucial for a child's well-being. In my previous position I maintained the household through laundering, cooking, and by maintaining general tidiness. I enjoy cooking very much and cooked meals almost daily from Goodfood (meal-kit service). On a more personal note, my husband and I reside in a tiny house in the country with our 4 fur babies (2 dogs and 2 cats). I love people, animals and nature. My interests and passion are in Mental Health. My degree is a Bachelor's of Education specifying in Family and Children. In the future I looked forward to building on my studies and experience in starting a Masters Program in the realm of Helping Professionals.
