My name is Bronte and it is so nice to meet you! I'm 25 years old and I am looking for my next nanny family! I’m a nurturing and reliable nanny based in the Langford area with full-day availability on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays beginning in September, with options for overnight care for newborns. I specialize in caring for newborns, infants, and toddlers, and I bring a strong foundation in early childhood and family support to my work. I hold two birth and postpartum doula trainings, an Early Childhood Education Assistant certificate, and I am currently working toward my full ECE diploma. My background allows me to support not only children’s developmental needs, but also families during some of their most tender and transformative stages. I am deeply passionate about infant care, child-led play, and following each child’s unique interests and cues. My approach is rooted in gentle parenting principles, with a strong emphasis on emotional safety, secure attachment, and respectful communication. I bring a calm, grounded presence to my nanny practice and pride myself on offering patience, empathy, and consistency each day.
