With over a decade of childcare experience, it is something I continue to incorporate into my skill set in conjunction with other professional work. I have had both long-term clientele (the same family for 4 of those years) as well significant intermittent work with different families depending on what my education or professional responsibilities allowed. I truly enjoy children, my mother worked in early childhood education, and growing up babysitting was my earliest work. From there I kept it a piece of my work on and off, even travelling to Barcelona as an Aupair for the summer of 2014 to care for three girls aged 10-12. My degree in psychology, vast experiences in caring for children including internationally, and personable demeanour is what makes me a unique candidate. . I value respecting the children which in turn allows the children to respect me, and am always kind in the process. A bit about me personally, I am from Ontario originally and moved to Vancouver in the fall. I have a previous degree in Psychology undergraduate degree as well as a certificate in Art and Design.
