Nanny in London, Ontario

LOOKING FOR PART-TIME/CASUAL EMPLOYMENT. Hi, there. My name is Grace. I am a 24-year-old university student who recently graduated from Trent University in Peterborough. My undergraduate degree is in Business Administration and International Development and I am currently attending Nipissing Schulich School of Education with hopes to become an elementary level teacher. I recently received my Ontario Teachers Certification and I am completing the last semester of my program. Overview: I'm a careful in-home caregiver who can't wait to help your family! I have worked both in homes and in an overnight camp setting. I am most experienced with children aged 2-10; however, I am comfortable with children of all ages. I have been employed as a nanny for twins aged 7. During my time with them, I was expected to assist with online learning during COVID-19 lockdowns while also maintaining the home's cleanliness and running errands for the parents on a daily basis. My location: I am currently located in London, Ontario in the Westmount area but willing to travel within a reasonable distance. My services: I'm incredibly comfortable with meal preparation, children's activities, and errand running. I am also willing to complete pick up and drop off to school or extracurriculars. I want to engage your children in activities that will help them learn while having fun! If you raise your children in a particular way (i.e., Montessori), I will learn how that individual practice works and continue with it while with your child(ren). When I can start: I would be available to start ASAP What type of employment am I looking for: Currently I am looking for casual and/or part-time employment. I am finishing up my final placement for school until the end of April and am available after 4pm Monday–Friday and weekends. If you are looking for someone to watch your kids for a few hours I am perfect for you! What languages can I speak?: I am fluent in English and know a small amount of French. Additional: I am up-to-date on all other vaccines required by the government, including those required for educators.
