Hello! My name is Savannah. I am a long-time babysitter with lots of experience with kids. I have been babysitting for a few years now and am looking for new families to work with since I recently moved to Victoria for University. I am 19 years old, studying Child and Youth Care at Uvic, and am passionate about working with children and families. Experience: I have two younger brothers (now ages 13 and 14) that I babysat when they were younger (ages 7 and 8) I have worked with children of all ages in summer camp settings, volunteer work, tutoring, and more. The most recent family I worked with consisted of a 4-year-old girl and her 8-year-old brother. Interests: I believe it's important to keep children entertained and remain engaged while taking care of them. With that, some activities I enjoy are: - arts and crafts - reading - going on walks - swimming - watching movies - board games and card games - playing dress up and/or "make believe" and so many more Availability: I am currently living between Mount Tolmie and Uvic with a part-time job at the University Club of Victoria. I spend my Fridays and Saturdays working at the University Club but the rest of my week is pretty open and felxable. I currently am without a car but have easy access to various BC transit stops.
