I am an experienced mother of grown children seeking a position working with children of all ages. I have 10 years of my own daycare. My strengths lie in giving children in my care, the best opportunities for stability and growth through creating a friendly, comfortable environment which encourages growth in self esteem and trust. I encourage both indoor and outdoor activities. My years of homeschooling my own children, as well as others in my care have given me insight and experience where crafts and creative learning are concerned.
