Nanny in Nepean, Ontario

Hello, My name is Cecilia. I am 17 years old and and working on my last year of high school. I am currently looking to be employed as a babysitter. I have plenty of experience with children! I have participated in and graduated from a two week "leaders in training" program at Camp Maple Leaf. The program consisted of organizing events and activities for children at camp, "shadowing cabins"; which meant I was to act as a camp counsellor for a day, and making sure the kids were staying hydrated, protected from sunburn, and well fed throughout the day. Another example of my experience would be when I did co op for the second semester of grade 11 at St. Martin primary Catholic school. My responsibilities included set up, clean up, and supervising gym time, snack time, arts and crafts etc. I also have 2 younger sisters that I have been helping my mom care for since I was 10. I would help my sisters through their morning routines by myself then get them settled in after school. I am hoping to attend Algonquin college after high school to become a youth worker, so every job I get helps with furthering my knowledge of how young minds work! I hope to hear from you soon!
