Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

Dear parents, I am looking for my next family/ nanny position. I am available as of September 2024. Every child is unique and special. Working with a child's unique and special needs is what makes the job fulfilling and rewarding. I have worked with children without challenges, and those on the spectrum.....ADHD, dyspraxia, cerebral palsy to name a few. My most recent position was with a high profile family. I consider myself very adaptable, and am open to different opportunities…..pure nanny roles, or nanny/ house manger roles. Please note, not housekeeping roles. Of the many activities available for children, I really enjoy doing arts and crafts, baking, outdoor play, and activities for both fun and educational learning. Library visits, play dates, and more fun ventures (when Covid safe), as well as supporting virtual learning, are all ventures that I can support. I consider myself very attuned to the emotional needs of the children, as well as their social, physical and academic needs. Teaching healthy relationships, and how to handle tricky emotions are very important to me. Helping the home run smoothly and efficiently, whilst taking the best care of the children comes easily to me. I value good communication, and consider myself a good communicator. Working with parents is important, but I am self motivated and value having autonomy within the role. I am First Aid/ CPR certified. I have a clear police background check.
