Nanny in Guelph, Ontario

About Me: I am a second year student in the Child, Youth and Family Program at Guelph University. I have been working with children for almost 10 years now in many different situations: summer camp, nannying, daycare, volunteering, and school placements. I have been working at a French Elementary School in Guelph for 2 years. I am a representative on two student councils at the University, one of them being the Child, Youth and Family student council. I have my first aid and CPR, food handlers, drivers license (but no vehicle), and I am working towards completing my ECE certification. What I am looking for: I am looking to provide full time or part time care for one or two families this Spring in your own home. My philosophy: I am a nature lover and encourage being outdoors as much as possible. I am kind, curious and fun, but firm and fair when needed. I encourage children to learn from nature, practice independence, and try new things in a safe environment.
