My name is Linnea and I have just completed schooling for art therapy, with special attention in mindfulness based arts and crafts. My research and practicum were both child inspired. I aim to encourage all young minds to thrive creatively and intellectually through careful attention, positive interactions and creative expression. I believe in practicing gratitude and compassion, especially with young folks as it can help facilitate well-being for not only children but the adults in their lives.
