Hello, this is Yang Ling's Grandson helping her connect with you by proxy. She is fluent only in Mandarin and has been in Canada for 6 years now. We live in Richmond and she prepares traditional chinese meals for her two grandsons age (22 and 20) every day. She is looking to earn some pocket change so she can expand her financial freedom to purchase whatever she desires, mainly groceries and delectable snacks. Over her life time, she has raised over 10 children. Being the eldest of 4 children, she had the responsibility of taking care of her younger sisters and brothers, helping to prepare meals, teach and look after her siblings when her parents weren't home, and look after live stock, though that is not applicable in modern times. all of this has made her incredibly efficient and resilient at surviving and providing in life. Then as the 4 children grew older, she was tasked with taking care of their own children. as well as her own 2 children, an elder sister (my mom) and her younger brother (my uncle). now she takes care of me and my brother, and basically her child care has spanned over 3 generations (maybe 4 when I have children of my own). What I'm trying to say is her credibility in taking care of children may be one of the best and solid in the entire world. However, she does have her limitations and the main problem is the language barrier. You as the patreon must be able to speak fluent mandarin with her, as it's her only way to communicate. She is very traditional though this is her first nanny job I have instructed her to act more professional. However as you work with her, I hope you can develop a more familiar relationship and you will all get along as time progresses and your children grow up. Her skills include: Entire meal preperations (breakfast, lunch, dinner) grocery shopping very thrifty with money (won't spend it on useless things and always look for bargain deals) being self-reliant in transportation given some time to learn the bus routes can negotiate a laundry schedule. basically keeping your children fed and nursed. Education wise I would implore you to employ a different nanny as she is only fluent in mandarin chinese and keeps to herself, she has a very vivacious personality and can sometimes seem to be aggresive, but that's just her annoyed outlook at life. which I personally find hilarious.
