I access the kids home worker, do a light chores, sterilized the bottle, to drop and pick up the kids in school, cook a kids food, playing with them. In elderly I access to walk ,do some exercise and give them little bit of massage, give her a bath and change a diaper, and give a medication base on the doctor description.
