Summary: Hello! My name is Maggie. I am a trained Education Assistant interviewing for private nanny jobs. I am living in Surrey British Columbia, near New West, where I was born and raised. I aim to utilize my unique experience with neurotypical and neurodiverse children to provide the best care for your child. Services And Training: I have extensive experience with neurodivergent-friendly care, play date supervision, personal care, academic help, newborn care, and much more. I am available for school pick-up and drop-off. I have a reliable car and a full license. Regarding prior qualifications, I have extensive prior history in childcare as well as over 6 years experience working with neurodiverse children in a school setting, as well as over 2 years of full-day nanny experience with ages between 4months and 12 years. As an employee of the New Westminster school district I have a clear criminal record and experience with many age groups. On top of childcare knowledge and experience, I am open to house work such as light housekeeping and tidying, meal preparation and cooking, laundry, grocery shopping, pet care, and I am competent with power tools and can help with household tasks. What I am looking for: I currently work in the school system but am looking to nanny more often as it brings me joy. I am open to creative schedules and arrangements. My availability is mainly weekdays with a preference for part time work. I have flexibility with evenings and weekends if given advance notice.
