Hello! I'm Leo, a Grade 11 student with a love for science and a strong belief in respecting children's voices. I believe children are able to advocate and communicate their needs with the rights tools, which must never exclude a safe space! Because of this, I approach every situation, especially those dealing with children, in a kind-hearted and open matter. My patient nature and good listening and guiding skills make me an excellent babysitter for younger and older children. Furthermore, with a 94% average in school, I tutor science, math, and English for people up to Grade 12. I encourage others to do their best and take breaks for successful study and homework sessions! After volunteering for around 4 months in a riding centre, I pride myself in the experience I've gained with children, teenagers, and adults with disabilities and special needs. Fluent in Spanish and English, and casually proficient in French, I create an inclusive environment. I am fixated in encouraging children to explore their culture, including language! Beyond that, I enjoy arts and crafts, music, cooking and sports. I believe in making babysitting a fun and enriching experience, none of that Vicky from The Fairly Oddparents here!
