Having 10 years experience as a camp cousellor in my teen years as well as an adult has provided me with a solid foundation in serving others, and working in harmony and harnessing the power of nature to bring back that child-like joy we were all born with. These past two years, my clients have been young adults with autism to whom I provided PSW services. I also worked as a nanny to a young boy whose mom needed support, and as a camp counsellor at a retreat centre in Milton, and currently teach private yoga and provide meal plans to a cancer survivor. Happy to provide references from those families, and the camp. As a certified yoga instructor, my training is routed in mindfulness, and optimizing ones physical self and uplifing the soul. My corporate background is Disney, and I'm also the mother of two successful young adults.
