Nanny in North Vancouver, British Columbia

I would describe myself as warm/caring, creative, athletic, personable, responsible, musical, playful and fun-loving but disciplined when needed. I am a great multi-tasker! I am academically strong (high school and first year university) and managed high level sports, music theatre, and part time jobs while I was in high school. I consider myself a well-rounded, common-sense kind of person. I have had many babysitting jobs throughout high school, caring for kids from ages 1-12. I just completed first year at UVIC and I am attending Nursing School in Sept. 2015 (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). This is a very competitive program (over 800 applicants for 180 positions). I have maintained a high GPA and consider myself a well-rounded, responsible person and I did well on my interview to be accepted into Nursing. I will be getting my Standard First Aid/CPR soon and I also need a criminal record check for my program. I have wanted to be a pediatric nurse for many years now, so being a nanny is a great way for me to be around children. I love children and think I am well-suited to care for them and be resonsible for them. I grew up in North Van, and have a close-knit family who still live in the Edgemont Village area. I have 2 brothers and feel perfectly comfortable caring for and playing with boys! (as well as girls). I have occasional use of my parent\'s car and know the transit system well. I am available from April 15- Aug. 25 or so. References are available on request. Babysitting - playing/supervising/reading/outings with kids, preparing dinner for the kids, getting kids ready for bed I am a univeristy student and will be attending Nursing School in Sept. 2015 (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
