I have found that every day working with children is a learning process which has given me the opportunity to teach and develop their young minds. Our children will be responsible for the future of our society. Helping them learn, develop and become strong, independent and confident individuals as I believe is one of the most important roles in education today and I would like to be a part of this process. I have over 20years working with children with 2-14 including supervisory roles for school age programs and large childcare center’s.I feel I have the skills and education to become a teacher, communicator, and a role model to other Early Childhood Educators, parents, caregivers and mentors. Helping them learn, develop and become strong, independent and confident individuals is I believe one of the most important roles in education today and I would like to be a part of this process.
