I am passionate about children's education. I need part-time work to support myself while I work on my Masters. I believe children learn best through fun, active activities. They won't be sitting in front of a TV with me. Worked in High School as a baby sitter. Duties included: pick up from school, meal preparation; helping with homework; organizing games and activities; outdoor recreation; house keeping; bath time. I worked as an Au Pair in Paris for 3 years. Duties included: caring for 2 children 2.5 and a new born infant; preparing meals, giving baths, pick up from the Crèche; daily trips to parks; travelling with the family; independently travelling with the children for 2 week periods to the summer home in the south of France and to grandparents hobby farm in the centre of France. Shopping, light house keeping and some evening baby sitting. From 1999 to 2004 worked as Head Teacher and administrative assistant for Saigon Kids Educational Childcare Centre. Duties included the day to day running of the centre, designing and implementing programs for the school. Created ESL programs for children 6 to 12, and an ESL class for Mums.
