Hi there! My name is Cindy. I\\\\\\\'m an energetic, down-to-earth individual that adores children. I live my life conscious of our environment and with every effort to be the best I can be while having as much fun as possible. Children make me laugh. I love to be around them because I truly feel that we adults can learn as much from them as they can learn from us. I adore kids. My experience is mostly with children 18 mths and younger but I have cared for children 2-5 years old. In 2008 I spent 3 weeks at a school in Tanzania teaching young girls aged 2-8. I currently take care of a 7mth old baby a few hours a week and have been picking up random babysitting jobs. I have 5 nieces and nephews and several friends with kids all of which I love to spend time with. Most of my experience (with the exception of my teenage babysitting years [16 years ago]) has been unpaid as I didn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t ever feel it right to charge my friends for care giving. It\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s only very recently that I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ve decided to change careers and see if I can make child care work for myself.
