Nanny in Vancouver, British Columbia

Hi there! My name is Camille. I am looking for a part time, live out nanny position around Vancouver or Richmond area. About my experience, I have been looking after toddlers from 2 years old up to 6 year old kids for almost a year now. I also have some minor background with babies 6 months and up back in my home country as I have little cousins to look after sometimes. I know how to clean bottles and feeding the appropriate amount of milk as well as changing nappies. My duties include preparing and cooking meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks), help with morning routine, taking the kids to school, go to recreational spots in the neighborhood like library, community parks, or playgrounds. I also do light housekeeping such as tidying up the play area, washing and folding the laundry, washing dishes that the kids used or sometimes loading and unloading of the dishwasher, and putting away the grocery. A bit about myself, I enjoy reading books and taking walks. I make sure I follow instructions from my employer as well. My approach to children is more on explaining the whys of their actions. I give full support to toddlers and as they grow and be comfortable on doing things their own, I gradually let them be so they can also learn as I supervise them. But those approaches can be changed depending on what the parents want. I have certification in Emergency First Aid & CPR. Please feel free to contact me.
