HI, I am young ,energetic, firm, fair and consistent! Growing up in a large family I have always been around and loved children. Through that love I enrolled myself in the Social Service Worker program at Fleming Collage. I found myself continually being drawn toward the welfare and care of children with classes such as human growth and development and a placement at School for Young Moms. As a recent graduate I hope to continue working with families and their children in a home setting. I love to encourage development and learning through play, songs, exercise and love. I have been babysitting since age 13 where i cared for 4 boys during summer vacation. I have continued to care for many children from new born up. I have a sister 11 years my junior who has down syndrome and have done childcare for Peterborough Family Resource Centre in several programs for the past year. I have successfully graduated the SSW program where I excelled in human growth and development. I am energetic, fun-loving while consistently firm and fair. I enjoy initiating circle time, crafts, reading,exercising and developmentally stimulating games.
