I currently work as a Program Supervisor for a School-Age Program within the TVDSB. Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitate a licensed before and after school program within the TVDSB (safe, supportive, and fun environment.) Oversight of 15 children that require developmentally appropriate program activities, outdoor play, and a nutritious snack. Implement SAP policies and procedures in accordance with MCSS requirements. Implement a variety of positive and consistent approaches toward behaviour guidance. Daily interactions with parents and school personnel. Active participation in team meetings, toy rotations, and professional development workshops to further update training.
