I have a BA in childhood and family studies from Western and I have 10 years of hands on experience taking care of children and providing them with a fun and safe environment. I have been babysitting for 10 years now and have offered childcare in many different settings. Some people ask me why I\'m still taking babysitting jobs as I\'m a university graduate and just turned 24 in May, but I just really love kids and due to my school schedule, I still have summers off. I babysat 2 children throughout my high school years, who started off as an infant and 2 year old, and I really created a special bond with them over the course of 5 years. I would help prepare their dinners, play with them at the park, help with homework if it was desired, and do their regular nighttime routine. When I was 17/18, I babysat an infant girl for 5 months before I went away for university. Then, for a couple of years during university, I babysat for 2 families in London, Ontario.
