Hello My name is Dorinda, I am a First Year Kinesciology Student at the University of British Columbia. I love kids! At heart I am still a kid myself, just a much more responsible one! I have spent my life around kids growing up in my mom's daycare, then continuing to volunteer with varies programs in elementary schools and community events, such as face painting at the VIEX or teaching science over spring break. My pride and joys in life are my younger cousins! They teach me so much and I always look forward to seeing them and spending time with them! I hope you will take the chance to meet me and see my contagious energy, patience and love for kids! I have babysat children from the ages of 6 months until 12 years. I have changed diapers, fed children and babies, dealt with various tantrums and played many games. I have also spent a summer living with a 6month old and 2 year old, dealing with them at all hours of the day, including 3am wake ups where they were crying.
