Hello, I am Sophie. I would love to take care of any of yours and your childrens needs! I have always loved working and playing with kids. I hope one day to become a primary school teacher. I believe that I have a lot of experience with children, especially in the younger ages. I am very open to trying new things and would love to gain new experiences. I look forward to meeting you! Sophie I have been babysitting children in my neighbourhood as well as family friends since the age of 13. I have been a french tutor in that time as well. I have been the coach of the Bunnies Ringette (beginner skaters, children ages 3-8) for the Metcalfe and District Ringette Association for 3 years. I am in my third year of being a lifeguard and instructor for the City of Ottawa at Deborah Anne Kirwan Pool where I watch over and teach lessons to children who are under the age of one and have taught ages all the way up to adulthood. I have been a preschool swim camp councellor at Deborah Anne Kirwan pool for one March Break session and one full summer. I have had a Co Op experience with a grade 2 class which lasted 5 months. I have had placement experience through my education courses at Trent University in a grade 5/6 french immersion class as well as with an overlay teacher who taught all ages.
