Hello Families My name is Lisa, I have been working with same family for 11 years, its simply amazing how they grow up in front of your eyes. I simply adore working with children, the smiles and laugh makes the days so much brighter. I am a caring and nurturing person, not to mention I am always on time and reliable. I believe that children should have the freedom to grow however I believe in routines and boundaries to assist with their growth in the future. I also have two children of my own; a Twenty Two year old sociology major and a Six year old who majors in hockey and headaches. Watching them grown especially at such different stages in their life makes me enjoy motherhood that much more. Hello Mum's I have been blessed to have been working for an amazing family.I have been with this current family for the last 13 years. When I first started there were 2 kids ,the eldest was 3 and the baby was 4 months, later another one came along. Today the kids are 14,11,and 7 years old. My employers are a very professional couple therefor I am charge of the kids and their well being. I take care of all the socializing, programmes I feed them dinner every night. Let's just say I am a very big part of the kids lives. I am respected by the kids and very much so by the family.I have enjoyed working for my family. Thank you.
