Hello! My name is Rebecca, and i'm a soon-to-be university graduate. I love working with children and have continued to do so throughout my university career through various volunteer placements. I understand the importance of play in child development. I've taken many courses to cover this in theory, but have also seen the amazing impact it has in practicality. I'm a fun, responsible individual and I would love the opportunity to get to know you and your family. As a side note, I also make some pretty good cookies! Starting with the most basic, I have babysat for different families through my teen years with children ranging primarily in ages 2-7. I've also worked with children through my volunteering with the program Child Reach. Children in this instance ranged from approximately 1 month through age 6. Through child reach I worked both in the permanent play room and in a community outreach set-up playroom..... both cases,children could engage in crafts, stories, and other play based learned activities under supervision of staff, volunteers and other caregivers.
