Hello! Working in the child care industry it is an understatement to say that trust and communication are the two main ingredients to a great working relationship between family and nanny. I pride myself on both of those qualities! :) I have worked in child care for as long as I can remember. I have worked at the Butterfly Learning Center / daycare, for over 8 years (both full and part time throughout the years) I worked with babies 3 months and up. Babies and Toddlers are my niche. I nannied in home for new born twins up till they were almost 4 years old. I was an elementary school teacher for 6 years working for WRDSB. I taught mainly grd 1 and 2, but also taught grades 3, 4,5 and 6. Looking forward to hearing from you!
