My name is Samantha Hanna, I am a 25 year old mature, out going, fun loving, high energy student obtaining my degree in Behavioral Science and Technology. I have currently obtained my Developmental Services diploma and have worked in the field of developmental disability for 8 years. Primarily working at the YMCA day camp in Parry Sound Ontario as an inclusion councilor and ran the sports camp for 2 weeks over the last few summers. I have also worked for Community Living as a Residential care provider for a Medically Fragile home as well as a higher functioning residential home. Duties included meal preparation, house work, laundry and medication administration, bathing and night routine. I have my first aid training, CPI and believe a healthy life is the best life. Feeding children's minds with knowledge, healthy foods and less computer screens and video games! When I am not working or concentrating on my studies I like to be outside, buried in a book, training for half marathons, playing with my niece, nephew and partners 2 beautiful children. I have accompanied families to Mexico, before and after school care, family outings and extended long weekends. Providing help to families with their little ones while the parents/guardians get some much needed R and R, date night or help from a busy work load. Duties included laundry, lunch and school preparation, light house work, travel assistance, bathing and bed time routine, homework assistance, extra-curricular activities. I am located in the Liberty Village area and available Monday-Thursday 2:00PM- 12:00PM. Light house work and laundry is welcome. Children of all ages and abilities with a maximum of 2-3 children.
