Hello all you wonderful families! I am a 37 year old Vancouver native. I adore Vancouver an it's surrounding areas. I have quite a few years of experience as a child care worker. From babysitting as teen to full time nanny for three lovely families. In total I have 20 years experience tending to and nurturing the children trusted to my care. I am a fun but fair person. I like to play with the children, activities that are age appropriate always. Some of the games the children I care for have liked to play in the past are, hide and seek, tag, boardgames, make believe with their toys and much more. I balance the fun with routine and boundaries. I will follow the schedule you put into place and be sure to keep everyone on time. I can cook and prepare meals for the children like breakfast and packing lunches. I keep healthy boundaries by teaching politeness and curtesy towards others. Fair play and sharing between friends and siblings. I teach personal cleanliness and can potty train when the time is right. I am also a great team member. I am always willing to help out where needed. Communication and outlining expectations are a number one with me. I believe that when the Parents and I have clear communication things run smoothly.
