Who I Am: Hi, my name is Kathryn! I am searching for a babysitting / au pair position in Pembroke, Ontario. I grew up in the Valley and am staying at home until I start my Masters in September! I have: * over 10 years of experience working with children ages 1-15 (lifeguarding, swim teaching, supply kindergarten teaching, EA work for a child with CP, and camp counselling) * all relevant certifications (including First Aid, CPR, and High Five Healthy Child Development) * a car and G license I am an enthusiastic, kind, and responsible caregiver. I prefer to work/teach according to the Montessori method, where I allow the child to be free to explore their own interests while I maintain a secure and loving environment for them to learn/play.
