Hi there, I am Maria from the Philippines. My experience: I was a nanny for a Chinese family in Hong Kong. After working there, I waited for my Canada visa while volunteering as a teacher assistant in a preschool back in the Philippines. In Toronto, I was employed by an Orthodox Jewish family. They were incredibly kind and nice. I looked after five kids—twins, aged seven, five, and three. I pick up the twins from school. I bathed them when we arrived home, played with them, prepared dinner for the kids, and occasionally put them to bed.
