Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

Hi! I'm Luna, a nanny/childcare provider based in Toronto, Ontario. I'm looking for a family that I can provide full-time or part-time care to in a live-out capacity. My services include everything from helping with meals and providing assistance with primary school lessons, to organizing fun enrichment activities crafts, and helping with light housework. I'm available starting at $20.00 per hour - Rate of pay can absolutely be discussed based on your specific circumstances! Some of my previous childcare experience includes multiple camp counselling positions (regular day camp as well as glee camp!), and as a party host and then supervisor at a children's spa... both of which I loved doing! I'm forever grateful that I had the opportunity to guide children through a birthday party or summer that they loved and will cherish the memories of. Those were incredibly meaningful experiences for me and I would love to create more! I also have a 'High Five: Principles of Healthy Child Development' certification, and am halfway through a psychology degree that includes classes in childhood/adolescent development. My goal is to become a clinical psychologist for at-risk youth. I'm very kind hearted and extremely passionate about providing quality, attentive care that is tailored to each child's individual needs. Other things to note: I have an intermediate fluency in American Sign Language, and my 2 CPR/First Aid certifications have expired but I am absolutely willing and planning to get recertified!
