Hello! I'm Abra, an 18 year old high school senior living in North Vancouver, British Columbia. I'm excited to extend my babysitting services to families looking for a nurturing, big sister-like figure for their children. My aim is to provide a blend of responsible care and fun that kids absolutely love, especially for infants, newborns, and children up to primary school age. I am available from 4:45pm to 11:00pm on weekdays (I attend school from 8:00am to 3:00pm) and am fully available for any amount of time on weekends. I'm extremely intuitive, creative and bring a wealth of hands-on experience and a genuine love for children. I had a job in the kitchen of a restaurant for awhile, and thus possess foodsafe BC certification. This, combined with my Red Cross certification specifically for children and babies, means I'm well-prepared to ensure their safety and well-being, even in emergency situations. I also have a solid background in pet care, thanks to a year-long internship at a veterinary clinic. So, if you have pets, rest assured, they will be cared for with the same affection and attention. I'm offering part-time babysitting services, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate your family's needs. My current rate is $22.0 per hour, and I'm saving up for university, so every babysitting opportunity is a step closer to my educational goals.
