My name is April and I have been looking after children of all ages for more than 25 years. I also have a teenage daughter of my own. I am a reliable and responsible person and can watch your child(ren) during most evenings and weekends (as I work full-time during the week until 4PM). Included in taking care of and providing activities for your children, I can take them to appointments and lessons. I can also prepare their meals, help out with any family pets, do light cleaning and even provide house sitting if needed. I have had many clients over the years and can provide excellent references. While working full-time I began as a part-time Au Pair in 2007 (I had watched children since the age of 12 years old prior but took some time off). I had many clients and was with many of the families for those eight years. Besides watching the children, I ran errands, brought children to daycare and picked them up. Picked them up and dropped them off at after school activities and watched other children, along side my charges, via play dates. Also, while working full-time, on occasion, I would watch children for a week in early spring while their parents were on vacation. I was responsible for all of the above and much more, in addition to watching my own child. I loved this experience and had to give it up when the children became old enough to look after themselves and were no longer in need of care. I became CPR certified in 2007 and recently renewed my certification in September 2016. I do have my own car, therefore arriving on time and being available for errands and picking your child(ren) up from daycare, if necessary, as well as taking them to appointments, etc., will not be an issue at all.
